TO: A basic $1900 one day 16x16 treated wood pergola.
AND: everything in between!!!!
Our Services
1) FREE/FAST Design and Estimate service
Design, material list and estimate via email with 4 simple things
- good picture(s) of the project area
- a good scan copy of your house plat/land survey
- basic idea of what you are looking for? simple 6th grade sketch
- your info: name, address and phone number
2) Permit and Order Material
- $0 down (I will say that again $0 payment down!!)
- I Finish your detailed building permit and hoa drawings
- I will submit/pull your Building Permit
- I will order all your Material for delivery the day before we start
- You pay for material delivery with a credit card over the phone.
- First payment to us is only after permit footing inspection passes
3) Start of the Job & Construction
- I will have material delivered a day or two before we start work
- I will give you a 2 to 3 day window of the day we will start
- we work 8am to 5pm min each day and some Saturdays
